Covered in Prayer Ministry

Covered in Prayer is a ministry that offers intercessory prayer for a person in need, to pray with much faith while knitting or crochetting a blanket for whomever the Holy Spirit has laid on your heart.  James 5 encourages us ~ "The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working."

Giving a blanket is an outward, visible reminder that, through prayer by the body, God hears and answers those prayers.  Secondly, it brings comfort to those receiving the blanket as a reminder that people love them and are praying for them.
