School of Music

The Mission of the School of Music:

I. We believe that God deserves our best, and we want our students to achieve musical excellence and enjoyment from a Christ-centered perspective.

II. We believe that as good stewards of our God given gifts and talents we should develop and mentor our children and young adults to become our future worship musicians and worship leaders.

III. We believe that all things have been created by and for Christ and that we strive to keep the proper perspective on music by keeping Christ as the center.

The majority of the teachers are members of the HBCLZ worship teams and music department. Each of them loves the Lord and desires to nurture students in their relationships with Christ and to help them attain musical excellence.
