Meals to Bless Ministry

 The purpose of the Meals to Bless Ministry is to show Christ's love through providing meals for those in the Harvest Lake Zurich family primarily due to having a baby or an illness.

  Joining the Meals to Bless Ministry Team 

 What is required to be on the team? 
A heart to serve those in need.  You do not need to know how to cook or even enjoy cooking to be a part of the team.  There are many ways to help with meals, purchasing restaurant gift cards or simply picking up takeout is a great way to bless someone. 

What is the time commitment?
Because you choose when to serve, this is entirely up to you.  We can't predict how often a need will arise but you will always be able to choose to serve when your schedule allows.

After I have joined the team, how do I find out about a need?
When a need arises, an email will be sent out with a link to our care calendar for that individual/family.  You will be able to view the meal needs & details (days meals are needed, # of people in family, dietary preferences, etc.).  Simply find a date that you are able and willing to serve, click on the date and reserve your spot.
