More than a decade ago Harvest Bible Chapel Rolling Meadows announced a dream to plant ten churches in ten years. That dream has been more than fulfilled with almost 100 churches planted in the last twelve years. Harvest Lake Zurich was part of that dream as the third church plant in the Chicagoland area. Our church was birthed in 2002 with about 300 people in the launch group and was originally planted in Vernon Hills. From the beginning of this adventure it has been about life change. God used this new church plant to help people who were far from God experience life change through a personal relationship with Christ.

Two years into the plant God had blessed the church with growth and a strategic opportunity to merge with Lake Zurich Community Church that already had a building in the Lake Zurich area. God blessed that merge and has blended the two groups together into a dynamic local church. Today, there are more than a thousand people who call Harvest Lake Zurich their home. We look forward to God continuing to grow us as a church and add those to our number who are willing to join the mission that God has given us of reaching our community with the life-changing message of Christ.
